AFAIK, you just need to have a .tif viewer (for instance, Imaging for W95 or Imaging for XP), associated as default application for .tif files... or, a plug-in for your web browser.
Also, I think that you can create .PDF with Xerox, so just install Adobe Acrobat Reader...
